After an illustrious career in the Indian Army, he transitioned into senior leadership roles in large corporates, including positions as CEO and member of the board of directors.
He has successfully led diverse, multinational teams across dynamic and high-pressure international environments. His core strengths lie in security operations, crisis management, and sustainable practices. With a disciplined approach and a strong commitment to excellence, Col Kale continues to drive AMSO with the same values that have defined his career — integrity, accountability, and long-term vision.

Mr. Ravi Kulkarni is a veteran commando from the Indian Navy, bringing deep operational insight and hands-on expertise in the field of security. With a career spanning multiple sectors, he has worked extensively in airline operations, logistics, and high-footfall environments like theme parks.
